Hopper is a clone of the 1982 Sega game Pengo. [1] Hopper was programmed by John M. Phillips & Mike Archuleta and published by Texas Instruments (TI). Hopper was part number 3229. It was released on Solid State SoftwareTM Command Module and originally retailed for $29.95. It was released in the 1st quarter of 1984.
