Texas Instruments Personal Computer User's Newsletter is a newsletter produced and distributed by Texas Instruments intended to inform TI-99 and TI-99/4A home computer users concerning hardware, software, and other new products related to those computer systems. Volume number 1 was released in January 1982. These are generally smaller newsletters that are most printed in black and white, except for a strip or two of color on the top of the front page to make it pop a little. Being produced by Texas Instruments, the newsletter focuses almost entirely on products produced and distributed by TI.
