Accounting Assistant is an Accounting software created by Scott Foreseman and company for the TI-99/4 and TI-99/4A. It was released during the fourth quarter of 1981 and retailed originally for $275.00. It was distributed on Solid State SoftwareTM Command Module and required a floppy disk controller with two drives as it recorded accounting information on floppy disks.
It was aimed at schools only and helped created district level reports and assist administrators in the budgeting process. It records purchase orders and furnishes vendor lists and checks registers. The program came with 5 blank disks to help store information.
