Elaine Henshon was a computer software programmer working for Milton Bradley. She produced several titles for the TI-99/4A including Yahtzee, Connect Four, and Stratego. She is also known to have begun programming Blasto, however; for some reason, she didn't complete the project. Bob Harris finished programming Blasto.
