Summary
The TI-99/4A beige edition began its run in 1983 and was discontinued as Texas Instruments (TI) dropped the computer line altogether in 1984. The beige edition differed in that the power switch was located on the top of the machine, below the solid state cartridge port, as opposed to the front of the machine like the silver edition.
